Dream Hotel Group Launches New Lifestyle Brand with Grand Opening of Time Hotel
When CIIC was tapped as the agency of record for Dream Hotels’ Time Nyack, the goal was to position the hotel as a one-of-kind lifestyle property in not only New York but in the broader Tri-State area as well and plan the hotel and restaurant’s anticipated opening. Despite several delays in the projected opening date, we gained traction for the hotel and restaurant in a positive way in a relatively brief period of time.
Prior to the official opening, CIIC coordinated a ribbon cutting ceremony to officiate the property, inviting local dignitaries, VIPs and press to showcase both the property and restaurant and extend the management as a “good neighbor.” The agency also managed the grand opening celebration of approximately 2,000 guests and provided several hundred names and contacts for local movers and shakers.
Then, once open, CIIC coordinated several individual media visits on-site to highlight the uniqueness of the property – style, location, food & beverage offering, surrounding attractions – and how the hotel and lobby restaurant was unlike anything else in the area and a great option for locals looking for a stay-cation and visitors alike. Additionally, we hosted a regular flow of media and influencers along with local VIPs and community guests at the restaurant multiple times per week and planned co-partnerships with local businesses in the area to build the restaurant’s mailing list that led to increased business.
