Grand Opening of Hotel El Ganzo


The goal was to position Hotel El Ganzo as a first-of-its-kind property in Cabo, and around the world, as the preferred option for travelers looking not only for a vacation, but for a cultural, curated experience. In order to do so, we deployed the following tactics in preparation for the hotels’ grand opening:

Our team created a special focus on everything that makes Hotel El Ganzo unique, including highlighting its location – beachfront, walking/biking access to all of the amenities of Puerto Los Cabos.

We secured media visits onsite to see and experience first-hand the unique amenities and cultural vibe of Hotel El Ganzo and communicated with media and influencers covering travel, music, art, hospitality & lifestyle, architecture & design on an ongoing basis.

Our program included hosting a continuous flow of individual press visits, piggybacking on journalists who were already vacationing or traveling on business to the destination. We worked closely with Hotel El Ganzo executives and arranged desk-side appointments in key target markets in the U.S. to spread the word. 

Our brand partnerships team coordinated and secured retail partnership and on-site photo shoot with U.S. swimsuit retailer, Everything But Water. The campaign was promoted in-store at 75 locations, online and via email blast to Everything But Water’s consumer database.
